The provision of funds covers the cost of the requested supplies, such as moorings, fuel, laundry, food, and beverages... The captain will keep an accurate record of expenses and at the end of the charter, the remaining balance will be reimbursed. In case the funds are not sufficient, the client is obliged to add additional funds according to the spending plans.
