The Latitude, formerly known as "Mirabella I", is a luxury sailing yacht for sale, 40 m long and 9 m beam, built-in 1991 with a refit in 2022.
She was built by Concorde Yachts, in their Chonburi shipyard. Her interior is the work of the designer Peter Sijm, finishing the job in 1991. The exterior design is the work of Farr Yacht Design completed in 2017.
This sailing yacht has undergone several years of technical refits, so it can be presented as a new boat. Her rigging was recently disassembled and inspected, making all the necessary improvements to make her a luxury boat.
The deck with a large area to enjoy excellent sea views, as well as enjoy the sea breeze while sailing. Equipped with large outdoor dining areas with folding tables.
The primary and upper salons are in excellent condition, as well as the interior of the owner's office.
The Latitude has been designed to accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 cabin suites, classified into VIP and double cabins. She can also comfortably accommodate up to 6 crew on board to ensure a relaxed experience on this luxury yacht.
Built with a GRP hull and composite superstructure, with teak decks.
Powered by 1 2017 Man 450 HP diesel engine, being able to comfortably cruise at a speed of 10 knots and 11 max with a range of up to 3,500 nautical miles from her 17,000L fuel tanks at 9 knots. Her water tanks store about 29,612L of fresh water.
